Mitsubishi Electric HALLE Hygiene rules
Attending our events
If you are not feeling well and have any COVID-19 symptoms (cough, fever, sniffles, sore throat, general feeling of weakness, diarrhoea, impaired sense of taste or smell), please do not attend our events.
We recommend that you arrive early as entry checks may take longer than usual owing to the additional checking of 3G (vaccinated, recovered, tested) certs.
Obligatory use of face masks
The use of a face mask is obligatory at Mitsubishi Electric HALLE. Visors, scarves and cloths are not sufficient and will not be permitted. Masks may be removed briefly and exclusively for the consumption of food and beverages.
3G rule for attending events
All events are subject to the 3G rule, unless the respective organiser has imposed tighter restrictions for their particular event. We would therefore ask you to check our website for information shortly before coming to the event.
For everybody’s protection, from 22 March 2022 only immunised individuals with proof of immunisation and individuals who present a negative test result (3G) may attend events.
Please present your immunisation cert, preferably in digital format, or your negative test result, along with your ticket on entry. Please also have official ID with you. Without these documents, you will not be admitted.
To prove immunisation, you must present confirmation of either full vaccination or recovery.
If you cannot prove immunisation, you will need to present a negative Covid-19 test result when you arrive.
The following are considered proof of immunisation:
- confirmation of full vaccination. Full vaccination means that you have received the last required individual vaccination, with a vaccine recognised in Germany, at least 14 days before the given event.
- proof of recovery. This proof allows admission to individuals who took a PCR test confirming the infection over 28 days but at most 90 days before the event (newly recovered) or those who have received only one vaccine and have subsequently been infected, or individuals who have been vaccinated after a SARS-CoV-2 infection (recovered and vaccinated).
The following tests are recognised:
- a lateral flow test taken at most 24 hours before the event showing a negative result as set out in the Covid Test and Quarantine Ordinance,
- a PCR test taken at most 48 hours before the event showing a negative result as set out in the Covid Test and Quarantine Ordinance.
Children and young people aged under 18 require neither proof of immunisation nor a test result.
